Start with the stock you actually handle
Set up each bulk provision and the selling units or packet sizes your business uses. Record supplier purchases and receive them into stock. A shop repacking pulses can track the bulk bag and its prepared packets separately.
Example: pulses for two retailers
You receive 50 kg of dal and prepare 20 × 1 kg packets. Bulk stock becomes 30 kg, with 20 packets ready, assuming no wastage. Dispatch 8 packets to one retailer and 6 to another: 6 packets remain. Each customer’s own rate determines their order price.
Hand over deliveries without losing the credit record
Staff follow each order through preparation and delivery. Record full or partial payments when received. The owner can review overdue customers and the day’s collections rather than reconstructing them from separate order and cash notebooks.
Useful for a focused wholesale workflow
Evaluate your units and sales process using the actual product tour. MyDukaan focuses on stock, repacking, staff orders and customer khata. It does not currently include barcode checkout, batch/expiry tracking, multiple godowns or GST return filing.

Does it manage supplier bills?
The owner can enter supplier bills, receive purchases and record partial payments against bills.
Is this a retail POS?
