ORDER MANAGEMENT
Keep every order
moving forward.
Bring customer details, ordered items and fulfillment status together so your team can see what needs to happen next.
Current regional interface; amounts remain in INR.
01 / THE WORKFLOW
Build the order around the customer
Owners and managers create customer orders with product quantities. Customer-specific pricing lets the owner maintain agreed rates rather than leaving staff to reconstruct an agreement from messages.
02 / THE WORKFLOW
Make the handoff visible
Follow the order from Placed to Packed, Out for delivery and Delivered. Packers prepare the work; delivery staff handle dispatch and delivery. Order status and payment balance describe different parts of the same job.
03 / THE WORKFLOW
Deduct stock when goods leave
Dispatch records the outgoing stock movement. An order being placed or paid does not, by itself, mean the goods have left your shelves.
04 / THE WORKFLOW
Keep the payment context close
View what has been recorded as paid and what remains outstanding. Partial payments stay connected to the customer account so staff can follow up with the right information. Recording payment does not process or verify a transfer.
