FOR INDIAN SPICE & PROVISIONS WHOLESALERS
Wholesale inventory software for spice and provisions shops
A bag of chilli powder and a shelf of 500 g packets are different stock. MyDukaan keeps both visible, so your team can see what is available to pack and what is ready for the next wholesale order.

Keep bulk materials and packed products separate
Create a bulk material, then its packet sizes. Track the quantity of raw stock alongside the number of finished packets. A low-stock flag helps you spot items that need attention before you promise an order to a customer.
Follow stock through the working day
Start with an opening stock count. Record a packing run when bulk becomes packets, then follow the order through packing and delivery. Dispatch takes the ordered packets out of stock. Keeping these steps connected gives the owner and staff a shared view of what is on the shelf.
An example from a spice shop
Suppose your shop has 20 kg of bulk chilli and 12 ready-made 500 g packets. Those are two separate balances. A packing run using 5 kg to make ten more packets leaves 15 kg of bulk and 22 packets, assuming no wastage. Dispatching six packets leaves 16 ready to sell. Record actual wastage when the output is lower.
Keep prices and customer dues connected
Wholesale customers may buy the same packet at different agreed rates. MyDukaan supports customer-specific prices, orders and partial payments. Your stock workflow stays connected to the customer khata rather than ending when the goods leave the shop.
Set up your first stock workflow
List the bulk materials you sell, add the packet sizes you actually prepare, and enter opening quantities after a physical count. Give staff the role that fits their work. Record one packing run and one order, then check the stock balances with your team before moving the rest of your daily records.
